Eleanor Alice Knitwear is all about creating contemporary, wearable knits designed with real bodies in mind.

I’m Eleanor, a knitwear designer based in the UK. I was taught to knit by my mum when I was 8, and I’ve never looked back. That early passion took me to Nottingham Trent University to study Fashion Knitwear Design, and now, with years of experience in the fashion industry, I’m focused on designing patterns that fit and flatter—especially for larger busts and curvier figures.

As someone with a curvy body, I’ve always been aware of the challenges of finding clothes that fit well and feel good. Going through pregnancy and the postnatal changes that followed only deepened that understanding. Now more than ever, I believe in the power of feeling confident, comfortable, and strong in the clothes we wear—especially the ones we take the time to make ourselves.

My patterns are thoughtfully designed with shaping that works for your body, clean lines, and subtle feminine details. They’re made to be wardrobe staples you’ll reach for again and again, and a joy to knit along the way.
